To ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the house rules


General Rules

Check-In/Check-Out

  • Check-in: 4:00 PM or later

  • Check-out: no later than 10:00 AM

  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. Please understand that in most cases, we are unable to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs due to our cleaning crew’s schedule.

Maximum Occupancy — The maximum number of guests is 2. Additional guests are not allowed without prior approval.

Quiet Hours — Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors.

No Parties or Events Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted.

Safety and Security Always lock doors and windows when leaving the property.

Fire Safety — No candles, open flames, or fireworks. Use the fire extinguisher in case of emergency. Fire extinguishers are located under the kitchen sink and in the storage room.

Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Detectors — Do not tamper with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

Cleanliness and Maintenance

Clean Up — Please keep the property clean and tidy. Dispose of trash in the designated bins.

No Smoking or Vaping — This is a non-smoking and non-vaping property. Smoking and/or vaping are not allowed inside the unit or elsewhere on the property (including the rooftop deck).

Pets — Pets are not allowed.

Amenities and Appliances

Rooftop Deck and Hot Tubs — Please enjoy the rooftop deck and available hot tubs, noting the following:

  • There is no glass allowed in or near the hot tubs.

  • Smoking and/or vaping are not allowed on the rooftop deck (or anywhere on the property).

  • Sparklers and fireworks are not allowed on the rooftop deck (or anywhere on the property).

  • There is no running allowed on the rooftop deck.

Kitchen Use — Feel free to use the kitchen. Please clean up after yourself and do not leave dirty dishes.

Appliances — Use appliances as intended. Notify us immediately if something is not working.

Laundry — A washer and dryer are available for your use. There are laundry detergent pods and dryer sheets available in the storage room. An iron and ironing board are also provided for your convenience.

Additional Policies

Parking — Please use the designated parking space and place the parking permit on your dashboard. If you are not parked in the designated space with the parking permit displayed on the dashboard, your vehicle may be towed.

Internet Usage — Complimentary Wi-Fi is available using the network ID and password included on the card on the counter. Please use the internet responsibly and avoid illegal activities.

Property Damage — Any damage to the property or its contents should be reported immediately. Guests are responsible for any damage.

Checkout Procedures

  • Place used towels on the floor in the bathroom. You do not need to remove the sheets from the bed and can leave them as is; our cleaners will remove them to wash.

  • Place any used dishes in the dishwasher and please start the cycle. Dishwasher pods are located under the sink.

  • Place any trash in the bin beneath the kitchen sink.

  • Please turn off the lights and lock the door as you leave.
